Automotive industry

Will robots soon be driving our cars? Modern vehicles now have countless assistance functions that increase our safety. Soon, tasks such as parking, driving in traffic jams and driving on motorways will be highly automated. Whether it's a stand-alone sensor or a large central control unit, a prototype or a series-production device - SCS works successfully with large tier-1 and OEMs (Bosch, Continental, Daimler...) worldwide on a wide range of automotive projects.

  • Implementation of algorithms on 'embedded systems

Be it for a stereo camera with pedestrian detection, a modern 4D radar or a novel algorithm. SCS is your competent partner for feasibility studies and the implementation of your algorithms and AI networks on various platforms (Xilinx, Texas Instruments, Renesas, Nvidia, PC, Qualcom, ...). From hardware prototypes, firmware, kernel drivers, software to the GUI, we offer you everything from a single source.

  • Algorithm optimisation

Sometimes the ECU is almost ready but the algorithms are still too slow or too big. The experts at SCS analyse hotspots and optimise the runtime by rewriting the code or by offloading it to a hardware accelerator (AIE, NEON, EVE, ...).

  • Automotive measurement

Our measurement systems record multiple camera streams, radar raw data and automotive buses such as CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, BroadRReach, Flexray, GigE and play them back with 1us accuracy. We support platforms such as EB-ADTF, ROS or standalone applications. We have extensive experience with Texas Instruments (FPD Link III and IV), Maxim (GSML) or Sony Ser/Des devices and the camera sensors from Sony, OnSemi, Omnivision, ... We adapt our existing measurement technology components to your measurement technology needs.
