The operational organisation is set up in such a way that the systems are maintained in operation by the development teams using a DevOps approach, which means that the comprehensive system know-how is available. Our support hotline addresses the concerns of your end customers in operating your systems in multiple languages. In addition, SCS offers a stand-by service for mission-critical systems.
