Artificial intelligence, ethics and law: What am I allowed to do? What should I do?
Food for thought at SCS: AI is practical - but where does the data actually come from? What am I allowed to use commercially? Before AI is used in a project, the legal and ethical aspects should be clarified. Prisca Quadroni-Renella explains the most important rules of conduct in this new field.
Food for thought at SCS: Artificial intelligence creates an image, a text or a piece of software from a short prompt. More and more people are letting ChatGPT, DALL-E and similar algorithms do the work for them. But who owns the result? How can it be used?
In addition, more and more companies are training their own AI models, tailored to the tasks that it will later solve. This requires large amounts of data as input. Which data can be used? How should it be anonymized? Can copyrighted data be used? Anyone who seriously wants to use AI as a tool in a company has to deal with these questions. Prisca Quadroni-Renella will provide answers at the thought-provoking event on January 11, 2024 at SCS in the Technopark. She is a Founding Partner of AI Legal & Strategy Consulting AG and a board member of Swiss Insights (Data Fairness Label). She is looking forward to concrete examples from the audience!
The event will not be broadcast or filmed online. Participation is only possible on site!
