CRA Jumpstart

With our CRA Jumpstart, we provide an overview of what is required and what initial steps make sense now. We will be a small group, with several companies represented by 2-3 people each, if possible. Alternating between theory and practice, there will be plenty of opportunities to apply the content to your own company structures. Afterwards, ideas can be exchanged and questions discussed in a plenary session.

In order to address the wide range of topics in a structured manner, we use our CRA compass (see below) as a guide. The left side covers topics related to the product and its development. The right side, on the other hand, focuses more on processes that the manufacturer has to implement, with an emphasis on points of contact with suppliers, customers, and authorities.

An excursion into the development processes of SCS will give you ideas on how the CRA requirements can be implemented efficiently with practical tools.

By the end of the workshop, you will understand what CRA is all about and what needs to be done for you and your team. This will enable you not only to fulfill the minimum requirements in a timely manner, but also to identify early on where it is worthwhile to invest even more in cybersecurity and the automation of related processes.

How we work: Ideally, two to three people per company should participate. The workshop will be conducted in German.
