Making language models fit for real time
SCS has developed a system that transcribes audio live. It also recognizes changes between two languages. Possible areas of application are call centers or media conferences. Our system is also suitable for sensitive data, as the transcription is carried out on site (and not by a third-party provider). We therefore also offer solutions for public authorities and the healthcare sector.
Integrated into a software environment
Transcription is often just the beginning. The freshly transcribed text can be semantically interpreted and further processed. SCS integrates the speech-to-text module into existing platforms so that there is no media disruption for users. In the rare event that industry-specific terms are not translated adequately, the language models can be retrained with the user's own data.
