Denkanstoss at SCS: We cannot shape the future with a Windows 95 mindset.

We cannot shape the future with a Windows 95 mindset.

With our food for thought, we want to provide impetus – to reflect, discuss and think ahead. The speed of change presents companies with new challenges – but how do we really prepare for them? How do we move from a mindset that emphasises efficiency and stability to a culture in which agility is the new security? How do we transform the fear of making mistakes into the courage to experiment, uncertainty into decisiveness?

What values and patterns do companies need to survive in the future? How do we develop curiosity that enables continuous learning and letting go? And how do we break up old patterns, scrutinise structures and create space to not only improve some things, but to radically rethink them?

Christian Czupalla invites you to ask these questions and gives impulses on how companies can set the course today to not only survive in 2030, but to actively shape the future.

Christian Czupalla trained as a state-certified business assistant specialising in IT in Braunschweig and expanded his expertise with further training as a mediator at the University of Linz. His professional career has taken him to international technology companies such as Western Digital and Nvidia. He has been involved in change management and organisational development since 2008 and has been working as an independent entrepreneur since 2020, helping companies to actively shape their transformation and position themselves for the future.

This thought-provoking event is being organised in cooperation with the VCHU, the Association of Swiss Women Entrepreneurs.
