Speaker: Dr.-Ing. Franka Schröder-Pernet is a mechanical engineer with a PhD and several years of experience in Formula 1 aerodynamics, having worked with Scuderia Toro Rosso and Sauber Motorsport. She has worked in international teams in wind tunnel testing and simulation and integrated innovative measurement methods for aerodynamic performance. Today, she works as a freelance systemic business coach and as a lecturer at ETH Zurich, teaching vehicle aerodynamics. Her passion lies in helping people and organisations navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of purpose.
