Computer Vision
SCS develops methods for automated image and video analysis, including in real-time.

Automated evaluation of images and videos
SCS develops algorithms that automatically analyze image and video data, from object recognition to stereo and motion analysis to inspection. If required, computationally intensive processes run directly in the hardware (FPGA) for hard real-time requirements. From the initial idea to the productive system.
Why SCS
Real-time in Hardware
Computationally intensive image processing runs directly on FPGA if required.
Proven in Inspection
Automated image evaluation in use, including at SBB.
From Algorithm to Operation
Development, integration, and operation from a single source.

FPGA-based Driver Assistance Systems
Camera-based driver assistance systems must process video images in real-time. SCS ported computationally intensive algorithms such as SGM-Stereo, Optical Flow, and Stixel to an FPGA platform, allowing them to be tested directly in moving test vehicles. The implemented algorithms are now in series production.
