We are now looking for reinforcements for our Scrum team. You can expect development with a high degree of personal responsibility, short decision-making paths, and ample room for technical creativity. The pace is high – and so is the impact.
Your Responsibilities
- Active participation in a cross-functional Scrum team: planning, implementation, review, retro
- Contribution to software solutions: primarily for public transport, but also for ticketing, depot management, charging management for e-vehicles, planning tools, and much more
- Conception, development, and operation of scalable backend and web solutions
- Implementation of features across the entire lifecycle (analysis -> design -> implementation → operation)
- Contribution to cloud and container infrastructures
- Ensuring code quality through reviews, tests, and CI/CD. Close collaboration with Product Owner and other stakeholders

Your Profile
- University degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering or another technical field of study
- Hands-on software development experience (backend, web, or cloud)
- You bring solid know-how in Java and Spring (Boot, JPA, WebMVC). You will impress us even more with Docker/Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, or Playwright in your tech stack
- Enjoyment of clean, maintainable code and technical discussions
- German and English at least B2 level
